My artistic journey began over 40 years ago. I've explored and created in a variety of mediums to include pottery, clay sculpture, drawing (pencil & chalk), and oil paint. I'm constantly exploring and creating new designs (hence the variety of series on the "shop" page).
As a spiritual practice, I desire to create art that cultivates peace and tranquility - qualities so desperately needed in these trying times.
The website title comes from my Ph.D. in Criminology, which I attained after 21 years of military service as an Army Criminal Investigator.
While I am currently a college professor, my goal is to be a full time artist in 6 years. In the mean time, I will build and hone my craft.
